Beverage Industry uses both Powdered Activated Carbon as well as Granular Activated Carbon and their selection depends on the production process. Specific types of our Activated Carbon products are useful in removing colourants like Melanoidins, Polyphenols etc. from Apple and Grape juices and other fruit products used in the production of fruit juices. Purification of Carbon Di Oxide
Beverage Industry uses lots of Co2 obtained both from the Breweries during the Fermentation process and that obtained from external sources. When Carbon di Oxide obtained from Breweries are used in the manufacture of Beverages, our Activated Carbon products are useful in removing some of taste and odour causing compounds like Hydrogen, Sulphur, Mercaptans and a host of other Organic Compounds. In the case of CO2 sourced from external sources the Activated Carbon products are useful in removing traces of many of the aromatic Hydro-Carbons.
